Summer Jobs

Students over the age of 16 attending Summer School are eligible to participate in this program, which provides learning and working experiences on the high school campus and pays students at the Connecticut minimum wage rate. Students work, and are paid for up to two hours per day when they are in attendance. Summer jobs participants are expected to show exceptional levels of motivation and effort and, to the extent appropriate, are held to standards and expectations consistent with competitive employment situations.
